CENTER SERIES-PRECISION

1.This centre is composed of a precision deep groove ball bearing, a thrust ball bearing and a needle bearing 
2.It is applicable to the medium-load precise processing at high speed for the CNC lathe and can replace the fixed center in grinder finishing.
3.The mandrel is extended to the end of the top cone, which maximally improves the cutting performance and reduces vibration.
4.The centre head is lengthened in order to provide more cutting space for the tool, and it is suitable for machining the small outer circle
5.The center is made of alloy tool steel and its hardness after being heat treated could reach HRC60°±2°. It is thus has high steel performance and high wear resistance.
6.The front end of the mandrel comes with a mechanical seal, which can prevent the metal cutting powder and a large amount of cutting fluid from entering the centre.
7.The front end comes with a precision skeleton seal ring which can prevent cutting fluid and dust from entering the centre and improve the service life of the bearing
