1. The center adopts the combination of cylindrical roller shafts, deep groove ball bearings, thrust ball bearings and needle roller bearings.
2. Be suitable for heavy load finish machining of CNC lathe.
3.The spindle is lengthened to the center handle, which can effectively improve the cutting performance and reduce the vibration
4. The head is made of alloy tool steel, and after heat treatment the hardness of it is HRC60°±2°, and it has high rigidity and high wear resistance.
5. The spindle is designed with a retaining ring to prevent the metal cutting powder and cutting fluid from entering the internal of the center
6.The front end is provided with a precise skeleton seal ring to prevent the cutting fluid and dust from entering the internal of the center, thereby prolonging the service life of the center.
